Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Agreement Confirmation
   • Once the client signs the project agreement with Vraj Technologies, it is considered as final confirmation to proceed with the services.
2. Domain & Hosting Purchases
   • Domain names, hosting, and third-party services are purchased on behalf of the client and are non-refundable under any circumstances.
3. No Refund Policy
   • After the agreement is signed and/or the domain name is booked, Vraj Technologies strictly follows a No Refund Policy.
   • Payments made towards project initiation, development, or any related services will not be refunded.
4. No Cancellation Policy
   • Once the project agreement is signed, the client cannot request cancellation of services.
   • In case of project termination by the client, all payments made until that stage will be forfeited.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
   • Refunds will only be considered if Vraj Technologies is unable to deliver the agreed scope of work due to unforeseen internal issues. Such cases will be handled solely at the discretion of the management.
